Terms and Conditions of the User Agreement
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “Concerning Personal Data” of 27.07.2006, acting of my own free will and volition and for my benefit, I hereby express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by AVION AERO LLC, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation at:
Moldavskaya st., 5, office 553, 121467, Kuntsevo municipal district (intra-city area), Moscow (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
Personal Data means any information relating to an individual identified or identifiable based on such information.
I hereby give this Consent to the processing of the following personal data:
- Full name
- Telephone number
The Consent is given for the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data with or without the use of automation tools: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, change), use, depersonalization, as well as any other actions provided for by the effective legislation of the Russian Federation, by both non-automated and automated methods.
This consent is given to the Operator for the following purposes:
dissemination by the Operator of information requested by the User; informational mailings by the Operator to the Users' e-mails, provision of access to the functionality and information on the website, other purposes in accordance with the functionality of the website.
This consent is valid until revoked by sending a corresponding notice to the e-mail sales@avion.aero. In case I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue the processing of personal data without my consent, if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “Concerning Personal Data” of 26.06.2006.
